O Futuro do Grupo Jumeirah passa por criar uma marca de endorsement para todo o seu portfolio de produtos e serviços. A Jumeirah International irá desenvolver uma super marca global sob um simples , único, distinto e memorável nome. Todos os hoteis do Grupo incorporão a identidade da marca, apesar de manterem os seus carácteres únicos de estilo e autenticidade. O Grupo permanecerá integralmente comprometido em assumir-se como tendo a marca mundialmente mais luxuosa em termos de serviços hoteleiros e o nome Jumeirah continuará a ser sinónimo de um serviço de excelência.

Concorrência

Este será um capítulo certamente difícil de analisar já que podemos justamente afirmar o Grupo Jumeirah como um verdadeiro trend setter no que diz respeito a quebrar com todas as barreiras dos serviços turisticos e hoteleiros a nível mundial.
Podemos considerar que em determinados segmentos de mercado a cadeia internacional One & Only resorts poderá ser um concorrente aos Hoteis Jumeirah mas nunca um player directamente concorrente, já que apesar de ter uma visão de qualidade integral dos produtos e serviços oferecidos, não terá certamente os níveis de excelência do Grupo Jumeirah, aos quais não será certamente alheio o facto de ter a sua própria Academia de Hospitality Management que lhe permite atingir elevadissímos padrões de qualidade no serviço prestado ao cliente.
Em suma podemos resumir a postura da cadeia simbolicamente ao facto de ter o primeiro hotel que quebrou o standard das 5 estrelas a nível internacional - Jumeirah Hotels - When 5 stars are just not enough .....

The Futur of Jumeirah
